I know this is a store but what a cute closet idea. I always think clothing rails are too high anyway so why not bring it down and add a nice folding shelf on top. Use copper pipe for some whimsy, replace the hooks with hangers for a neater look, add a big mirror, a rug, and a cozy chair and you're done.
