Who doesn't love a herringbone floor. I feel like it would help to cure me of right angles. Everything has to be just so and kind of symmetrical about my living space. I have a tough time with angles and asymmetry. Right now I have a square tile floor which is a disaster for me because even when laying a rug the edge of the rug has to perfectly line up with the tiles... truth. Anyway, dark wood and I'm sold on this floor.
